1. Returns

• You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

2. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will replace the item or issue a full refund.

4. Non-returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as used kitchen accessories cannot be returned unless faulty.
